“I Am More Passionate About Supporting Researchers Than with Any Research I Did During My PhD”

In our interview with Andrew Rowe, he shares his journey from a transport studies PhD to managing researcher training and development. Inspired by supporting peers, Andrew realised academia was not his passion. He now develops workshops and initiatives to support researchers’ needs. Andrew continues applying research skills like critical thinking, presenting, and project management.
