CorpTech and Self-Driving Corporate Governance

This paper studies the intersections between technology and corporate law, questioning whether Corporate technologies (CorpTech) will fundamentally reshape corporate governance. In this regard, the paper notes that the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in corporations raises twofold problems: AI used in a company’s governance and the governance of AI.
