Control of Photoelectron-Ion Entanglement in Attosecond Laser-Induced Photoionization of H2
摘要
We report experiments where vibrational wave packets are produced in H2+ by the ionization of neutral H2 by a sequence of two phase-locked attosecond pulse trains (APTs) with a variable time delay. Changes in the degree of vibrational coherence in the H2+ cation with the XUV-XUV time delay can be explained in terms of the dependence of the degree of ion+photoelectron entanglement on the two-pulse delay.
