Introduction

Domestic criminal law is increasingly influenced by broader international law. The latter, in turn, is multicentric in nature, increasingly created by non-state actors. This book attempts to characterise the impact of statements formulated by non-state actors on the content of national penal norms as applied by criminal courts.
