Influence for Online Education on Higher Education Institutions Using Netnography

The major objective of the study reported here is to identify and rank in terms of relative importance selected principles, and their means for achieving an effective online education in higher institutions in Jordan. We apply the Netnography methodology to study university community opinion about how online education impacts higher education institutions and how data science impacts and implications on university studies using online education. We conclude the objective of the research by applying the Netnography methodology to study the effects of (online education) on higher education institutions; to increase the use of online education; and to improve Jordanian universities’ rank at the global level. In addition to helping universities to implement effective and successful online education, this study will help higher education institutions to increase awareness important about online education, and how to use it in the right way to develop sustainability and validity for online education and create a safe and effective environment for the process of online education and its increased opportunities for online education success for the future.
