Local Synchronization of Markovian Neutral-Type Complex Networks with Partially Unknown Transition Rates

In this chapter, we investigate local stochastic synchronization of Markovian neutral-type complex networks with partially information on transition rates. The coupling configuration matrices are not restricted to be symmetric. By designing a new augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and adopting reciprocally convex combination technique, the new delay-dependent synchronization criteria in terms of LMIs are derived. The obtained criteria depend on upper and lower bounds of delays. Numerical examples are provided to verify the effectiveness of the presented results.
