摘要

Our biome is currently being threatened by a virulent viral disease known as coronavirus disease 2019, which is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). This disease was given its name because it was first identified in 2019 (COVID-19). There is no question in anyone's mind that the present Covid-19 pandemic will have the most devastating effect on small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). It is expected that when something as widespread as this pandemic strikes, the consequences can be devastating not only for the business owners involved but also for the employees they support. The larger businesses have a better chance of surviving; however, small businesses tend to live only with a few months’ worth of cash flow, so it is possible that they will not survive. When it comes to fully integrating information and communications technologies into their business operations, proprietors of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia face a number of obstacles and problems. As a result, the adoption of an awareness of the relevance of information and communications technologies (ICT) as well as the benefits of utilising them for business objectives will result in significant changes to their corporate operation. The purpose of this study was to conduct a review on the utilisation of digital media products by SMEs in Malaysia during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. The findings of this study's review indicate that there are digital media products available in Malaysia. These products include e-books, online product tutorials, video blogging, webinars, podcasts, and online courses and workshops. These products are highly desirable for use during the COVID-19 pandemic.
