Knee Arthroplasty Exposures
摘要
The medial parapatellar approach is the exposure most used for knee arthroplasty operations. It allows exposure of the entire knee and can be easily extended. Other medial approaches are the subvastus and midvastus exposures. To correct some deformities and to do a lateral unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, the lateral approach is often preferred. For complicated knees and re-operations, a tibial tuberosity osteotomy is occasionally needed.
