Posterior Knee Surgical Exposures
摘要
The most common orthopaedic indication to operate in popliteal space is to internally fix an avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament. This can be accomplished with a modified Henry’s midline popliteal approach. The popliteal surface of the femur can be exposed by extending the dissection proximally. A popliteal cyst can safely be approached posteromedially.
