The Power of Integral Networking
摘要
The power of integral networking comes from social actors who recognise the benefits of integral communication. The purpose of this chapter is to examine the benefits of integral networking, the dimensions in which it can be applied, and the attitudes of potential users toward the basic elements of integral communication. By employing various scientific methods, including survey method (N = 772) and descriptive and inferential statistics methods, this research aims to determine users’ attitudes toward integral presentation, integral assessment, and integral development. The empirical results show that more than one-third of end users and about half of organisational users want to present themselves in an integral way in an online environment so that other stakeholders can find them for collaboration. While one-third of end users and two-thirds of organisational users want to apply integral assessment in their interactions with other members, more than one-third of all respondents want to apply activities that improve their integral development. Improved face-to-face presentation experience, better understanding of others, easy identification of personal interests, quality improvement, personal mastery, time and resource savings, improved collaboration experience, improved control over personal data, improved recruitment experience, better communication with AI and IoT devices, and multilingualism are the main benefits of integral networking. The collected results confirm that integral networking can be successfully applied in civil, business, public and education sectors.
