摘要

Increasing societal complexity creates problems and challenges that cannot be addressed with traditional communication methods and solutions. To effectively address challenges such as information overload, structural unemployment, and sustainable development, modern society must adopt a new communication methodology that ensures optimal levels of perceptivity, trust, and efficiency in information sharing. Since human cognitive abilities are limited in processing information, they tend to create tools and solutions that facilitate their communication abilities and skills. Integral communication is a process of automated exchange of all characteristics, attitudes, and preferences that improves perceptivity and collaboration between different social actors. After identifying the latest trends in communication, this chapter opens the discussion on the purpose of integral communication, explains the methodology of integral communication, and provides a list of the most interesting topics related to integral communication that should be explored in the future.
