Transforming of the Financial Landscape from 4.0 to 5.0: Exploring the Integration of Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence

This systematic review investigates the integration of blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and financial technology (fintech) in the financial sector. The study explores the existing literature from 2015 to 2023, gathering insights from various reputable sources such as Google Scholar, J-gate, Ebsco, ProQuest, Sciencedirect, and others. The research objectives are to examine the benefits, challenges, and potential applications of combining blockchain, AI, and fintech in the financial sector, and to identify the social, practical, and research implications of this integration. The study reveals that the integration of these technologies has the potential to revolutionize various aspects of the financial sector, including transaction security, fraud prevention, risk management, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The findings also highlight the importance of addressing regulatory and ethical considerations in implementing these technologies. Overall, this study contributes to the understanding of the integration of blockchain, AI, and fintech in the financial sector and provides valuable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers.
