Pearls and Pitfalls in Anterolateral Free Flap Harvest
摘要
The anterolateral thigh (ALT) flap is a robust soft tissue flap first described in 1984 by Song and colleagues. The ALT flap has expanded use and has become one of the most used flaps in reconstructive surgery. This chapter aims to discuss the pearls and pitfalls of harvesting ALT flaps for head and neck reconstruction.
