Cognitive Behavioral Sati Scale (CBSS)
摘要
The Cognitive Behavioral Sati Scale (CBSS) was developed to measure both cognitions and behaviors associated with mindfulness practice in the Thai context. The 17-item CBSS is based on the Sri Tunya Sati Scale, which itself was derived from the Philadelphia Mindfulness Scale. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted on the CBSS using a sample of 318 adults from both ill and healthy populations in the community. The full CBSS and its subscales exhibited good internal consistency, reliability, and construct validity. Three factors (acceptance, awareness, and self-recollection) and two factors (mindful behavior and acceptance) were identified, both of which demonstrated acceptable model fit.
