State of the Art of Machine Learning

This chapter discusses some of the state-of-the-art machine learning techniques and their properties. This chapter discusses the following state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and their applications: graph neural networks, inception models, YOLO, Facebook Prophet, and ChatGPT. Then, there is a discussion on the cybersecurity challenges of artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, such as adversarial input attacks, adversarial weight attacks, and Trojan attacks, and the possible solutions to these threats. The next section addresses the hardware challenges associated with artificial intelligence and machine learning and the possible solutions. Next, this chapter discusses multi-domain learning along with a programming example. This chapter concludes with a discussion of the limitations and future possibilities of artificial intelligence. By the end of this chapter, the readers will be introduced to the latest technologies of machine learning to keep abreast with the widespread pace of its development.
