This Chapter describes the third day of an MBA student’s project to find out, for a newly appointed CEO of a manufacturing company, what happens with the company’s products from the beginning of their life to the end of their life. This Chapter includes interviews with the CIO and the leader of the Human Resources Department at the company’s main site in South Germany. It also includes interviews with the leaders of the Corporate, Product Management and New Markets Groups. Each interviewee describes their product-related activities and the artefacts such as parts, data and documents that they use. They also outline the IS systems they use. In addition, they evoke any product-related issues they have in the activity, as well as improvement suggestions.
