This Chapter describes the seventh week of a project to find out, for a newly appointed CEO of a manufacturing company, what happens with the company’s products from the beginning of their life to the end of their life. In previous weeks, about 100 interviews were carried out on three sites in Europe. This Chapter describes the planning and organisation of visits to two sites in the USA.
