This Chapter describes the third week of an MBA student’s project to find out, for a newly appointed CEO of a manufacturing company, what happens with the company’s products from the beginning of their life to the end of their life. The Chapter includes interviews carried out at the company’s main site in South Germany. Those interviewed include representatives of the Production, Document Control, Configuration Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, Purchasing, After-Sales and Software Groups. The interviewees explain their product-related activities and the objects such as parts, data and documents that they use in their activities. In addition, they outline the IS systems they use. They also evoke any product-related issues they have in the activity, as well as suggesting improvements.
