Conclusion
摘要
The book concludes with a summary, drawing attention to the interconnectedness between Kurdish-Yezidi statelessness, their denial of cultural identities, their refugeehood, their structural obstacles in receiving states, and multiple crises in their traditional homeland. The chapter puts forward various practical suggestions for policymakers and academics on how to tackle these dilemmas. It encourages a collaborative approach for academics to include the refugees as equal partners in their knowledge production process by sharing the power of interpretation and theorization with refugee groups while urging policymakers to recognize the predicament of Kurdish-Yezidi statelessness associated with their ethnic and religious persecution and social discrimination in their home countries. Through the oral testimony, the book reiterates the significance of refugee-centric episteme for democratic, inclusive, reflective, and emancipatory knowledge production.
