Conclusion
摘要
For organizations, attending to spatial (material and atmospheric) requirements alongside social ones situates and expands our awareness of what is at play and what is possible. Framing work in this way enhances understanding of how ordinary encounters and large-scale change unfold in organizations. It is not about decoding symbolic objects or analysing design but seeing space in-action as a participant in the work. As we shift ourselves, our organizations, and our research to a more sensuous, aesthetic, and emplaced position, it is exciting to see the effects on our spatial relationships.
