The ‘Palaver’ in Black Clergy Ontology
摘要
This chapter builds on Chap. 3 , which explained how using CRT can help to understand the lived experience of Black clergy in the CofE. This chapter will explain briefly the method which was used to collected these experiences, so that lessons can be learnt from their life experience, which has not been explored to this level of depth before as highlighted in the previous chapter on Critical Race Theory (CRT) which was focused on social transformation. Learning about the way in which data was collected will also serve to help policy makers and decision makers, to devise strategies to better support Black clergy in their vocation. The work will be geared towards making the CofE inclusive in its practices, especially in the way in which it relates to Black clergy.
