Abdominal Wall Injections and Neurolysis
摘要
Abdominal wall pain is too frequently misdiagnosed as visceral pain, leading to expensive, painful, and ineffective diagnostic studies and surgeries. Knowledge of the peripheral nerve causes of abdominal wall pain can provide patients with relief for potentially debilitating abdominal pain. In this chapter, the diagnosis and treatment of ilioinguinal, iliohypogastric, genitofemoral, and anterior (abdominal) cutaneous nerve entrapment will be discussed.
