Conceptional Design and Static Calculation of 1-DOF Lifting Platform Mechanism

In order to solve the problems of time-consuming loading and unloading of large and/or small pieces in the storage and logistics field, this paper designs a conceptional 1-DOF lifting platform mechanism used to load and unload pieces. Firstly, the motion characteristics of the lifting mechanism are analyzed, and the forward and inverse kinematics, including the velocity and acceleration, of the mechanism are analyzed. Then, the static analysis of the mechanism is carried out to determine the torque of the transmission screw. This paper will provide a technical basis for the structural design of the lifting mechanism.
