Parental Perspective
摘要
This chapter deals with a very critical and important aspect of the parental perspective. The behaviour and the role of parents/guardian of the victim is very critical and important while dealing with these cases. Similarly, it shall be noted that the parental witness and consent are also a critical point in the course of investigation.
