In this chapter, we learn that crime investigation and its research are always a perpetual and ever-learning process. While the filing of charge sheet and subsequent trial just stops the buck related to one such incident or battle against the crime the war itself shall continue upon. This universal principle is also applicable to crimes of Child Pornography and CSAM. The biggest challenge with the technology-related crimes is that due to the technology the modus operandi of these categories of crimes mutates faster than the traditional type of crimes. Hence the war against this one of the heinous crimes against children shall be a continuous process.
