摘要

The evaluation of graduate profiles is essential for the innovation of curricular proposals. Thus, the present study aims to evaluate the graduate profiles of a primary education program at a private university in Lima, Peru, from the point of view of employers and graduates. Using an evaluative qualitative methodology, semi-structured interviews were conducted with three directors and a focus group with six graduates. Then, through open coding and triangulation processes, emerging categories were generated. Finally, the evaluation showed that graduates manage pedagogical proposals by applying teaching and evaluation strategies, but they need to reinforce curriculum approaches. They participate in curriculum management but not in administrative management. They develop tutoring for students and parents, but need to reinforce these strategies. And they do not show evidence of participating in research projects.
