In this chapter, the primary ideas behind metaheuristic schemes are introduced. The goal of this chapter is to provide an overview of the features and qualities of these approaches. Additionally, an important aim of this chapter is to acknowledge the significance of metaheuristic methods in addressing optimization problems that cannot be effectively solved using conventional techniques.
