Conclusions

This final chapter summarizes and draws general conclusions on the presented work, and also presents topics of future work that begin where this book leaves off. In a concluding section, we reflect on the problem definition and discuss how the contributions of this research have made steps toward the goal of versatile aerial physical interaction. The following section packages ideas for future work to inspire upcoming research. As a final remark, we comment on the technological readiness of aerial manipulators with an optimistic outlook.
