Exploring the Process of Servitization

Executives are motivated to change when they see others doing just that. This chapter is aimed at giving them confidence that servitization is happening and how. The authors share findings from their international research programme examining businesses that are adopting servitization. Insights about the transformation process that firms go through are presented to create a scientific platform that explains how to manage servitization in action.
