It is obvious, but it is more important to properly plan and design a project before predicting the feasibility of the project. The early stages of conceiving a project are the most important. If the project is conceived incorrectly, the feasibility probability of the project will probably be quite low, and no results can be expected even if the project is implemented forcibly.
