Testing of the Ribbed Dome Which is Manufactured by 3D Printing
摘要
The article describes the testing of the ribbed dome, which was manufactured by the 3D printing method. An analysis of scientific research related to structures made by 3D printing was carried out. To solve the research problem, a prototype of a ribbed dome made of PLA plastic was made using 3D printing technology. In order to conduct experimental research, a device was developed for testing the studied sample of the dome. A gasket was placed on top of the sample, which reproduced the stamp of applying the load along the curvilinear shape of the workpiece. The dome was mounted on a base plate. A hydraulic jack was used to apply the load, and the load value was fixed using a dynamometer located above the die, which reproduced a uniformly distributed load. To determine the calculated values of displacements and stresses, a calculated finite-element model of the ribbed dome was created in the PC LIRA-SAPR. The calculated model of the dome consisted of finite elements and nodes. The conducted experiment made it possible to obtain the nature of the destruction of the ribbed dome model. Based on the results of the experimental study, graphs of horizontal and vertical movements were constructed. The analysis of the obtained results made it possible to establish that the zones of location of the greatest stresses coincide with the experimental area of the dome's destruction. A comparison of the experimental values with the calculated values was performed and a good convergence of the results was obtained.
