摘要

The article presents the results of research architectural self-compacting concrete based on cementitious systems “Portland cements with mineral additives—microfillers—superplasticizers—nanomodifiers—alkaline hardening accelerator”, which provide such properties as ease of laying, durability and surface cleanliness. The expediency of using such cementitious systems for the production of architectural concrete, which simultaneously performs constructive and artistic-aesthetic and design functions, is shown. Physical and chemical features of structure formation of superplasticized cementitious systems have been established. It is shown that the formation of an increased amount of finely dispersed ettringite as a result of the interaction of sodium sulfate with calcium hydroxide and the formation of structurally active AFm-phases contributes to increasing the strength of the cement system in the early period of hardening. Modification of the cement matrix with nanomodifier type X-SEED contributes to the strengthening of the transition zone, which makes it possible to obtain rapid-hardening self-compacting concrete. As a result, it is possible to introduce innovative technologies in architecture and design to create architectural concepts taking into account urban and functional planning. The introduction of rapid-hardening architectural self-compacting concrete allows to reduce the cost of construction, increase the quality of construction works, increase the durability of building structures, and implement industrial design projects.
