Study of Damage Fracture Under Internal Loading of the Barrel and Its Influencing Factors Based on Thermo-Elastic–Plastic Phase Field: Temperature, Pressure and Defect
摘要
Under high temperatures and high-pressures, the barrel is prone to severe failure. The study investigated the effects of temperature, pressure and defect on a typical barrel load-carrying capacity and failure process using the thermoelastic explicit phase field method. It was shown that the overall temperature rise, higher pressure and damage at the rifling depressions have a more significant impact on the structural integrity of the barrel. This study provides a reference for the barrel structure design to improve barrel safety and power.
