An Integrated Data Analysis and Application Service Platform for Power Grid Engineering

With the rapid development of information technology, power grid engineering information management has become an inevitable trend. Information technology and related systems can avoid manual duplication of work and reduce the error rate in power grid engineering management. But in current systems there are many information sources, resulting in the lack of unity for data types, which has brought inconvenience for the storage, transmission and integration of data. To solve these problems, this paper firstly gathers existing data resources in both structured and unstructured formats, and builds engineering analysis database as a unity for flexible applications. Secondly, it gives many intelligent methods to process data. Thirdly, it presents the overall system design with modular schemes. Finally, for the project of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co. Ltd., this paper also conducts functional test and performance test around the system, and the test results show that the platform has certain reliability, robustness, and good performance.
