Study on Bearing Capacity of Non Destructive Reinforcement of Angle Steel

摘要

In order to overcome the problems of low efficiency and high cost that the traditional reinforcement method of angle steel members requires a lot of on-site drilling and welding work, a new non-destructive reinforcement scheme is proposed to replace the traditional drilling and welding reinforcement scheme. The new scheme does not require welding and drilling, and uses a series of standardized clamps to realize the reinforcement of angle steel members. Taking the section area, slenderness ratio and reinforcement form (non reinforced and reinforced members) as parameters, the finite element software is used to simulate the reinforced angle steel members, establish the numerical model of the reinforced angle steel, and conduct nonlinear buckling analysis. The numerical results show that the new strengthening scheme can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the strengthened angle steel members.
