On Effective Use’s Ensuring of High-Voltage Electrical Networks Under Non-full Phase Operational Conditions

摘要

The approach to solving the problem of ensuring the efficient operation of high-voltage electrical networks under non-full phase operational conditions is proposed. The admissibility conditions of using a group of single-phase autotransformers under non-full phase operational conditions of high-voltage electrical networks are analyzed. With the use of developed mathematical and computer models of such networks with controlled shunt reactors and groups of single-phase autotransformers the expediency of using controlled shunt reactors for electrical networks symmetrization under non-full phase operational conditions was confirmed. The way of symmetrization to reduce phase currents was proposed. The effect of the degree of charging power compensation on the electrical networks transfer capability is estimated, taking into account that permissible values of the asymmetry coefficients and the maximum permissible overloads of single-phase autotransformers must be provided under non-full phase operational conditions. The diagram of the electrical network with the rated voltage of 750 kV and corresponding results illustrating the proposed approach application are presented.
