Optimal Transactive Energy System for Hybrid Renewable Energy Systems

The increase in the use of renewable sources leads to the spread of local energy systems. A local hybrid renewable energy systems (HRES) based on different types of renewable energy sources is more efficient than a system with one type of source. The main goals of such systems are: performance optimization, power supply planning and the reliability of energy supply. A transactive energy system is an integrated system that promotes demand development based on distribution among consumers through economic signals that meet optimal goals for ensuring the stability and reliability of the system. Nonlinear programming methods are used to optimize the operating modes of a transactive energy system. The objective function is the minimization economic costs. Optimization in terms of techno-environmental-economic indicators made it possible to optimize power extraction from generators, reduce the cost of electricity with dynamic pricing when forming the final cost of electricity in local energy markets.
