Stereotypes and Prejudices as Factors Limiting the Cultural and Social Assimilation of Arab Citizens in Poland
摘要
The article aims to explore the impact of stereotypes and prejudices on the cultural and social assimilation of Arab citizens in Poland. It also examines factors affecting cultural and social integration, such as adaptation challenges, socio-economic activities, and relations with the local population. The main research question addresses the extent to which stereotypes and prejudices hinder the cultural and social assimilation of Arab citizens in Poland. The investigation into the cultural integration of Arab citizens in Poland is justified by three factors: the historical presence of Arabs in Poland, their population size, and the social dynamics between Polish and Arab communities. These factors have led to negative phenomena in their interactions, prompting the need for further examination.
