Deformativity of Wooden Beam Structures Strengthened of External Reinforcement of Composite Materials Based on Carbon Fiber
摘要
The paper presents the results of an experimental study of the deformability of wooden beam structures strengthened with external reinforcement with carbon fiber-based composite materials. The study of changes in the rigidity of wooden beam structures with varying parameters of the geometry of the cross section and the parameters of external reinforcement is carried out. Based on the results of the experimental data obtained, graphs of changes in the deflections of beams from the values of the effective load are constructed. Based on the results of the analysis of tests of reinforced wooden beams and control samples that are not subject to reinforcement, an estimate of the increase in rigidity is given when using the reinforcement system. The calculation of theoretical deflections, the rigidity characteristics of the cross-section of the wooden reinforced beam have been determined as for a composite section element of different-modular materials by the method of reduced section. A comparison of theoretical and experimental deflections of wooden beam structures strengthened with external reinforcement with composite materials based on carbon fiber has been performed.
