The Results of the Calculation Substantiation of the Stress-Strain State, Strength and Stability of the Construction of a Gravity Base

摘要

In the work, there were performed the stability and strength of the foundations of the gravity-type (OGT) dry dock base system for removing were tested, for which stability calculations for plane shear and overturning performed by the analytical method and strength calculations performed using the finite element method based on a three-dimensional model. It has been developed a three-dimensional finite element model of a dry dock with foundations located on the sides of the dock to carry out calculations of the stress-strain state, strength and stability of reinforced concrete structures of the foundations of the dry dock drainage system. In the finite element model, there were reproduced the features of the constitution of each of the foundations, the foundations of the dry dock base systems, the physical and mechanical characteristics of the foundation soils. In the developed finite element model, there were applied to the foundations the following loads: bending moments, vertical and horizontal forces directed along the routes of the winch cables. The calculation was carried out in accordance with the limit states of the first group – for strength with checking the stability of the position and shape of the construction. The strength of reinforced concrete structures of foundations is provided by the calculated reinforcement, which is selected based on the stress-strain state obtained from loads and impacts, with followed by the calculation of the required cross-sectional area of the reinforcement. Based on the results of the calculation of the stability of the foundations for the OGT outlet system, changes were made to the design of the foundations.
