  • Vadym Shevchenko

摘要

The chapter substantiates the relevance of creating a system for controlling the process of machining of device parts in automated production. The article analyses mathematical models of tool wear, as well as methods and means of controlling the process of machining of instrument parts. Theoretical studies are presented and the relationship of electrical signals, in particular the constant and variable components of the EMF, with the level of tool wear is established, and the main causes of generating electrical signals are identified. A mathematical model for controlling the wear of cutting tools based on the measurement of the variable component of the cutting EMF was developed. Methods and results of experimental studies of the nature of changes in electrical signals depending on the level of wear of the cutting tool and its breakage were developed. A system for controlling the process of machining instrument parts on CNC machines in automated production has been developed, which allows recording critical wear and breakage of the cutting tool, performing its dimensional adjustment directly on the machine, and its industrial testing in flexible production systems.
