Socially Responsible Capitalism (SRC): The Paradigm of SEAM
摘要
SEAM is based on the socio-economic theory of companies and organizations which belongs to the paradigm of socially responsible capitalism. Its objective is not to promote financial capitalism but an entrepreneurial one which considers that the creation of sustainable value is based on the economic performance of companies and their social performance, i.e. the satisfaction of their employees at work. For the socio-economic theory, the only active factor in the creation of sustainable value is human potential. Sustainable management, which creates economic performance as well as social and environmental performance at the same time, does not consist of a toolbox of ready-made universal solutions but of a methodology for dialogue and negotiation with the human potential to find out satisfactory solutions on an economic, social and environmental level.
