摘要

The community of Llangahua in its retentive preserves Andean knowledge that was transmitted from past times, such as rituals, gastronomy, including ancestral medicine; in a certain way the ancestral knowledge is being devalued due to lack of transmission and interest of the current generations; For this reason, experiential tourism seeks to revitalize that knowledge through a sharing of experiences and activities between the host community and tourists, the study was based on the basic principles of Andean philosophy, which prioritizes the harmony between man and nature, the relationship with the ontological gyro theory. The methodology has a mixed approach, where the qualitative part allowed to describe the ancestral practice of the pachamanca and characterize the experiential tourism, while the quantitative approach was applied with a survey to determine the degree of satisfaction of tourists who accessed this experiential practice; The bibliographic and field research had a non-experimental design - transversal of descriptive scope, a snowball sampling was applied, which allowed the application of the INPC A4 cards, ATLAS of the Food Heritage; the design of the talking map identified the origin of the tourists and primary products for the elaboration of the festive dish. The results highlight that the pachamanca is a traditional dish of the Tomabela culture that is sustained under the doctrines of the ontological gyro theory and evidently experiential tourism would contribute to its revitalization.
