Challenges in the Changing World of Labor Relations. Human Resources, Finance and Crimes in the Decade of Digitalization

In the context of complex, sometimes unexpected situations, that shift the paradigm in all areas of activity, including the labor market, it has had to face challenges in the new conditions that have led to rapid, successive changes and chain consequences. We aim in this chapter to capture the reconfiguration of labor relations, focusing on the effects of the crisis generated by the COVID 19 pandemic and the challenges of the year 2022, the study thus facilitating the shaping of answers, asking correct questions, completing points. The legislator protects by rules of law both the service that members of a community must trust regardless of the social level in which it is placed, and the proper conduct of employment that is closely related to the parts of an employment relationship or similar to that. In order to exemplify the conducts that the employed persons or those that interfere with an employed person, regarding the circumstance given by the legislator through the legal norm, we will show some situations in which the deeds committed by them entered the sphere of crime. Thus, we will indicate the headquarters of the matter for crimes in the field of labor relations in the Criminal Code, Labor Code, the Law of Social Dialogue and we will analyze the crime, especially those that can be committed through information systems referring to the decade we are in, that of digitization. In this sense, we will highlight the existing needs such as: human resources familiar with technology, well trained in the field of communication to ensure the security and integrity of communications regardless of the form of communication used, financial resources needed to acquire technology, to provide training courses, programs necessary for the security of information systems and the importance of the existence of a stable legal framework that must also be known from the perspective of cross-border labor relations.
