Combatting Fraud

While the previous chapter was a must know for all computer users, parts of this chapter are a must know for all employees. Everyone who handles or has access to assets or personal information, such as medical, credential and financial information, and product or company trade secrets should be on guard for fraud. This chapter discusses internal (or employee) fraud, as well as external fraud, including the threats and techniques of social engineering.
