摘要

Integrated chips are used in computers for things like processors, RAM, and interface chips, among other things. Integrated circuits are also used in switching systems, communication systems, computer networking, computers, cars, hearing aids, toys, and implants in the human body. Because of these improvements, ICs became widely available and one of the best things that people have ever done. IC technology started to improve in the 1960s when a small number of transistors were put together. This was called “Small Scale Integration” (SSI). Millions of transistors are built into a single VLSI chip, which is in high demand at the moment. Early integrated circuits had fewer gates and flip-flops, which made them easier to make. Some integrated circuits (ICs) were easier to understand when logic functions were done with a single transistor and a simple resistor–capacitor network topology.
