Equity Crowdfunding as a Hedge Fund in SMEs

This chapter aims to introduce a preliminary vision for small businesses of the contribution that equity crowdfunding can make to their financial needs. The equity crowdfunding tool is analyzed against the variables the theory identifies for formulation of traditional and value approaches.
