Primary Subclavian Vein Thrombosis (Paget–Schroetter Syndrome)
摘要
Primary subclavian vein thrombosis in most young and active patients should be managed with catheter-directed thrombolysis and first rib resection followed by 3 months anticoagulation. This interventional approach may lead to a reduction of the risk of recurrence of the thrombosis and improvement of post-thrombotic symptoms of pain and intermittent pain and swelling of the affected upper extremity.
