Type 2 Endoleak After EVAR

Type 2 endoleaks are frequent after the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms by EVAR. They are due to a reverse blood flow from the collaterals of the infra renal aorta into the sac of the aneurysm and are located between the arterial wall and the graft. In this chapter we will focus on the features of this leak, the diagnosis means, and the prognosis. The multiple treatment options and their indications will be detailed with an extensive literature review.
