Endoleak Type I
摘要
The endoleak is a common seen complication post aortic aneurysm endovascular repair procedures. It is categorised into five different types (I-V). The type I endoleaks are seen in approximately 6–12.8% of the aortic aneurysm endovascular repairs (Major et al. J Vasc Surg 75:136–143, 2022; Cassagnes et al. Diagn Interven Imaging 97:19–27, 2016; Kim et al. Ann Surg Treat Res. 86:95–9, 2014) and as the risk of rupture is significant, they should be treated when identified (Cassagnes et al. Diagn Interven Imaging 97:19–27, 2016). The type I endoleaks are subcategorised in three types: Ia, Ib, and Ic endoleaks (Cassagnes et al. Diagn Interven Imaging 97:19–27, 2016) and they will be further analysed in this chapter.
